Synopsis

This scheme converted a redundant industrial shed into a terrace of houses with photovoltaics providing 25% of the electrical power supply. Shared ownership flats are located overlooking the canal and housing for wheelchair users mark the entrance to the scheme.  Winner of Bronze in the Green Apple Built Environment Awards 2006.
