Design Services

Our award winning in-house design department offers a range of design and project management services to external clients. We have over 25 years experience in the design of properties for public and private sector clients. Operating to the quality assurance standard ISO9001 ensures delivery of a service you can rely on. We have separate specialist teams for new build and refurbishment work and an employers agent service to help meet any client requirements. Contract values range from £10,000 to £14 million. We have particular expertise in the design of lifetime homes, building for life and code for sustainable homes.

Architectural Services
Qualified architects and technicians provide a full service on projects ranging from individual new build or refurbishment schemes to multi million pound developments.

CDM Management/CDM Coordinators
A number of CDM Coordinators who fulfil the role identified in the CDM regulations.

Employers Agent and Quality Surveying Services
Contract administration using a variety of JCT forms of contract and the new partnering form of contract, PPC 2000.

Clerk of Works
Ensure on-site quality and standards are maintained.

SAP/NHER Services
Trained site and plan assessor to meet any energy assessment requirements.

Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments
We have two trained CSH’s Assessors who have experience of producing predictors and full assessments on a variety of schemes.

Party Wall Surveyors
Providing a service to resolve party wall agreements ensures all legal requirements are met where neighbouring properties are concerned
