Synopsis
In the heart of the small town of Sleaford, this scheme completes the regeneration of the conservation area. The design uses traditional materials to produce modern flats in an historic context. Twenty one flats for the over 55’s have been created within walking distance of the town centre. This was built in partnership with North Kesteven District Council and Sleaford Pride.
